Day 8!
92 more days to go!!!!! Will attempt to hit the gym in the am. Workout plan: arc trainer, leg/calves/butt machines, + 2 sets of 1 min planks.
Day 7
93 days more to go! Finally exercised before posting. Worked out on the elliptical, and did a YouTube video. Because I was mildly active yesterday, I am also going to go out for a walk later today.

Day 6
94 more days to go! Does holding, swaying, and carrying a 12lbs baby for an extended period of town count as exercise? Yeah, I wasn't sure either. Using a youtube video to exercise...
Day 5 (never posted)
95 more days to go! Work, class presentation, no sleep = very little exercise. I did, however, intentionally walk for 30 minutes to get some sort of exercise in my day. 3/15 should be a better day

goal for today: 30 minutes of Youtube video workouts during my lunch break.
goal for next week: go to the gym at least two times, exercising for at least 1 hour.

C25KFree (helps prepare non-runners for a 5K run)
Map My Run (keeps track of time and distance)
TEXT MESSAGES (for added support from friends)
DAY 1 COMPLETE, ONLY 99 DAYS TO GO!
20 minutes on the stationary "bike". Day 1: complete! I am also planning to get off two subway stations before my stop to add additional exercise to my day.

100 day challenge!
Sometimes ALL we need is a little motivation. After seeing this video, I am motivated to begin this challenge! Let's see how 100 days can transform our lives both emotionally and physically!
Starting 3/10/14 I challenge myself to exercise every single day for at least 20 minutes each day. The 100 days challenge will "end" June 17th, 2014.
