100 day challenge!

Sometimes ALL we need is a little motivation. After seeing this video, I am motivated to begin this challenge! Let's see how 100 days can transform our lives both emotionally and physically!





Starting 3/10/14 I challenge myself to exercise every single day for at least 20 minutes each day. The 100 days challenge will "end" June 17th, 2014.
