Day 4

Only 96 more days to go!





The Victoria Secret 10 min workout, posted Monday, REALLY works. If you try it, please let me know what you think!

goal for today: 30 minutes of Youtube video workouts during my lunch break.
goal for next week: go to the gym at least two times, exercising for at least 1 hour.



Just going with the flow
 

my main focus for the week is to be active EVERYDAY! If I can do that, I can slowly build myself up!
