I may also sprinkle some cardio in the mix too! Elliptical OR fast-paced walking for 20 minutes. Will keep you posted!

  1. Day 2 DONE!!!!!! An hour-long stroll around the neighborhood+ 10 minute Victoria secret video (CRAZY INTENSE!!!!!) + 10 minutes using the arm shaker.

    I'm keeping track of my food intake using myfitnesspal-- it's proven to be rather challenging! It's only week 1 so I'm being a little flexible with my food intake.

    We got this!
